Delivered with Authority to Leave: the courier may leave your parcel unattended.

When a shipment is scanned as delivered, The Filament Dealer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after dispatch.

By selecting an ATL service, you accept all delivery risk.

No replacements or refunds are provided for parcels reported lost or stolen under ATL services.

At checkout, choosing an ATL method confirms you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2) Processing & Dispatch

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive a shipment email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Cut-off: 3PM (Sydney time, AEST/AEDT) for next-business-day dispatch.

Example: order before 3:00 PM Monday → typically ships Tuesday.

Occasionally, extra processing time may be required.
