Choosing Sendle ATL means Authority to Leave (ATL) at your address and you accept all delivery risk.


1) Shipping choices at a glance

High-protection option — Australia Post Tracked + Insured

  • End-to-end tracking and insurance included.

  • If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.

  • Best for valuable or time-critical orders.

Budget ATL options — Sendle ATL

  • Delivered with Authority to Leave: the courier may leave your parcel unattended.

  • When a shipment is scanned as delivered, The Filament Dealer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after dispatch.

  • By selecting an ATL service, you accept all delivery risk.

  • No replacements or refunds are provided for parcels reported lost or stolen under ATL services.

  • At checkout, choosing an ATL method confirms you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


2) Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a shipment email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Cut-off: 3PM (Sydney time, AEST/AEDT) for next-business-day dispatch.

    • Example: order before 3:00 PM Monday → typically ships Tuesday.

    • Occasionally, extra processing time may be required.


3) Couriers & Pickups

  • Daily pickups from our Sydney location by Sendle, and Australia Post.

  • Service availability and transit times may vary by postcode and carrier networks.


4) Helpful tips (optional, not policy)

  • If your address is unattended during the day, consider a Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect, or workplace delivery.

  • For apartments, provide clear delivery instructions and ensure building access is available.
